- Returns are accepted within 10 days after delivery of the order.
- Returned items must be unused and include all original instructions and accessories.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is the result of our error, we will refund all shipping charges to the original payment method.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Restocking Fee
TopIronOns.com reserves the right to charge a minimum 30% restocking fee for returned non-custom products.
Non-Custom Products
A non-custom product is a standard item that can be returned and resold to other customers.
Custom Products
A custom product is made specifically for an individual customer and cannot be resold. Custom products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item was incorrect or defective due to our error:
- Personalized or custom items
- Vinyl iron-on transfers
- Glitter vinyl iron-on transfers
